I just finished watching a video on what you have planned so um i tbought i would give a idea for how you could bring it in for console players. Or more specifically the community made charater they could bring the top 50 or less/more of the community made charaters so us Console players can see some new charaters. And how to implement it made a arena that is only in dlc owners but if online and a player doesn't have th3 dlc that can't area can't be used. You could make a menu to show the charater and what is in that area to get it. Idk that's how I see it working for unlocking community made charaters if that part does comes to Console But hey that is my thoughts for unlocking community made charaters
